These terms apply to this website and its public MCP and WebMCP interfaces. You may access published professional information for lawful purposes if you respect the limits below.

Permitted use

You may use the site and its public agent interfaces to:

• Read, search, and link to published work and writing.
• Retrieve public project, publication, experience, and contact information.
• Quote or reference published material as allowed by applicable law.
• Use open-source projects under the license published with each project.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• Interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or another visitor's access.
• Evade request limits, origin checks, access controls, or other safeguards.
• Probe for private data, credentials, unpublished material, or implementation secrets.
• Send malicious input, excessive traffic, or requests outside a published tool schema.
• Misrepresent, alter, or remove the source and context of returned information.
• Use the site or its outputs for an unlawful purpose or to harm another person.

Informational content

Published material is general information and personal commentary. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, compliance, or other professional advice. Verify important information with the canonical source and an appropriate professional before relying on it.

Agent interfaces

Public MCP and WebMCP tools are read-only. Using them does not create a professional, employment, customer, or confidential relationship.

• The tools do not authorize access to private systems or unpublished information.
• The tools do not submit contact forms, send messages, or perform transactions.
• Callers must follow the live tool schemas, safety boundaries, and request limits.
• Callers must not send credentials, cookies, or sensitive personal information.
• Callers must verify important results against the canonical URL returned by the tool.

Tool annotations describe intended behavior but are not a guarantee. The live tool list, schemas, responses, and errors control when they differ from static discovery metadata. See Agent Access for technical details.

Content and project licenses

Published writing and site content remain subject to copyright and applicable law. A public page does not grant a license beyond an express license shown on that page or in the linked project repository. A project-specific license controls use of that project. Do not use Zachary Roth's name or work to imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.

Third-party services

The site links to repositories, publications, social profiles, email services, and other websites operated by third parties. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement or service at the destination.

Availability

The site and its tools are provided as available. They may be corrected, changed, rate-limited, suspended, or withdrawn without guaranteeing advance notice. No promise is made that access will be uninterrupted, that all content will remain available, or that the site will meet a particular need.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the site, its tools, or its operating requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the published version. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated terms.
